Terms of sale
For the TEND full website audit. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Who we are
TEND is made and sold by Seed and Solace Limited (trading as Seed & Solace), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14087585, registered office 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. You can reach us at sam@seedandsolace.com.
The free scan
- The free scan reads up to 15 public pages of a WordPress website. It never logs in and never changes anything.
- You do not need an account. We keep a short note of each scan (the website and what was found) so we can see how TEND is used and improve it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
What you get with the full audit
- A review of every page of your website we can read, with each problem in order of importance, where it is and how to fix it.
- Your business details checked across your pages, an SEO health check, ways to win more customers and eight new ideas.
- The TEND WordPress plugin, so you can make the audit's one-click fixes yourself, at no extra cost.
- Re-checks of your fixes for 30 days from the date your website was scanned.
- Every audit is reviewed by a Seed & Solace consultant before it is sent.
Price and payment
- The full audit is £79 in total, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
- You pay by card on the secure payment page of Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or keep your card details.
- Straight after paying you get a confirmation email from us and a receipt from Stripe.
Delivery
- We aim to send your audit within 2 working days of payment (working days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays). It arrives by email, from TEND, as a private link with a passcode, and you can download it as a PDF to keep.
- If we cannot read your website (for example, it is not built with WordPress, or it blocks our scanner), we will tell you and refund you in full.
- Your audit stays available online for as long as TEND runs. We recommend keeping the PDF as well.
Money-back guarantee
If your audit is not useful to you, tell us by email within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the full £79. No forms and no awkward questions. This is on top of your rights under the law.
One-click fixes and the TEND plugin
- You install the plugin yourself, from your own WordPress dashboard. You need to be an administrator of your website to do this. We never ask for your password.
- The plugin only changes what your audit lists, and only when you choose a fix and press Apply. You can undo each change.
- As with any plugin, take a backup of your website before you start.
What the audit can and cannot promise
- Findings are based on your pages as they were when we read them. Some things we flag may be deliberate: please check each one before changing it.
- The audit gives advice to help your website win more customers and be found more easily. We cannot promise particular results, such as a number of enquiries or a position in Google.
Quotes for fixes
If you send us your fix list, we reply with a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you agree to it, and any work is agreed separately.
